Sophie :)

Well, I finally got my little girl.

When he handed me to her all I could think was how perfect she was.

She was soo tiny and was shaking cause she was scared

I payed him and off we went home to lay around all day.

She slept all afternoon and I fell in love right away

My entire family loves her already and shes the first thing I run to when I get home from work

My sisters husband nicknamed her sophapilla, which I thought was preshhhh :)

She's a little angel, and she loves to play with all of the other dogs

Including my chiweenie Lily and my big chocolate lab Haley

She is very hyper sometimes

She is somewhat like a newborn baby because she has different sleep patterns than I do,

which is hard sometimes. but other than that she is a little angel.

Being Sick--But Happy!

Doesnt it always feel like during the holidays your always sick?

Well, for me its true.

I'm always down with something that makes me feel & look

MISERABLE!

It is the worst feeling in the world to have to sleep all day and cough all day while all your other friends are out.

Oh well, theres no one important to see anywaysss :)

Still I want to enjoy a night home with my parents where I dont go to bed earlier than they do!

Also the Grinch is on!!

Although I'm supposed to start getting better I'm going to be getting something soon that I'm sure will put me in a better mood.

Well, as you know I'm a college student this was my first semester away from my family and it was hard to tell you the truth.

Of course I missed my family-- but the one thing I definitely wasnt used to was that I wasnt greated at the door by one of my dogs. It was always the same thing coming home to an empty house was heartbreaking.

So I've decided to do something about it.

I have been on the hunt for a puppy for about half a month now, I wanted something little because I live in my own apartment and it would kill me to have to keep a big dog inside all day.

So I wanted a Teacup Chihuahua, something I could carry around with me and that was so small and convenient.

But ABSOLUTELY NO ONE WAS SELLING THEM!

They were either from New York and would mail them to me, like wtfff?!

But when I came home for the break the first thing I did was check the classifieds.

This lady was selling everything minature, sometimes I think that was a crazy coincidence.

But I told her I was interested and I knew I wanted a girl, and she only had one girl left!!

I'm so excited I get her on Thursday, she is only 6 weeks old this week

And will only get to 3 or 4 pounds! Precious!!

I'm gonna post the pictures she sent me, but of course I will post my own!!

I'm just so excited!!

Triple Barrel

 Well, basically I'm obsessed with anything that has to do with appearance.

Whether it be hair, makeup, clothes or shoes.

I'm obsessed with having or portraying that I have long hair and not short hair.

As you can see from my last post I just bought extensions and these are the longest yet.

It's called triple barreling your hair.

I used the VS Sassoon Triple Barrel to do it.

It makes your hair crimped and look like you had it braided and that's what happened to it.

Headkandy is a hair extension website that sells affordable clip in remy human hair extensions

I bought these with my own money, well my moms :/

The site carries all kinds of lengths from 12 inches to 26 inches

I purchased the 24-26 inch extensions in manhattan highlights, they also have all kinds of different colors.

My extensions were 200 dollars, but I also got the longest ones.

They start at 150 dollars which they give you 150 grams of hair, which is A LOTTT

My extensions were 180 grams of hair, which is a lot as well.

They come with 10 different wefts for different parts of your hair.

1.5 inch (1clip) = 2 pieces

4 inch (2 clips) = 5 pieces

6 inch (3 clips) = 2 pieces

8 inch Quad Weft (3 clips) = 1 piece ~ 4 wefts on 1 strip (3clips)

Total pieces per set: 10

Total weight 180grams = Hair weight 160grams excluding clips

They also come with 3 extra clips, which is handy :)

I live in New Mexico, I expected the shipping to be outrageous because of where I live

but the shipping was only 6.50 which is ahmazingggg!

Their customer service is awesome, if you are unsure about what color your hair is for the extensions

you can send them a picture and they will match your hair perfectly.

Alssoooo.. if you live in the U.S. it takes 3-7 days to get your hair, but mine took 5 days! :)

Oneee more thing thats awesome, it comes with a sample strand apart from the rest of the extensions

to let you make sure it matches your hair, before you break the seal because if it doesnt match

and you broke the seal they wont take them back :/ so this was awesome.

I love the hair sooo much, its super soft and beautiful, I hope this helped everyone

As you know, well I hope you know, I'm in college && its perfectly normal to party and have a good time

Only I dont like alcohol or the hangover the next day.

So, I usually stay at home and do nothing, but watch tv, get ready( for nothing) or get on the computer.

But, last night my friends made me go, but I told them I wasnt gonna drink because, well you know I dont like it.

So we all decided to go, when we walked in, I felt like the most awkward person in the room..

I knew probably one person out of the whole crowd, excluding my friends that I initially went with.

And to be clear I'm a socially awkward person, I'm in no way outgoing, I'm more to myself and quiet most of the time.

I want to get to know people but how do you get a conversation started with a complete stranger without looking like your on drugs or something?

Idkkk but anyways I talked with some people and we ended up having a good time, I always have a good time with my girl friends.

I ended up being the designated driver and giving my friends and this guy a ride home.. btw he was pretty cute and was from Clovis, so he knew my cousins, on the way home he asked me why I was the only one not drinking and I explained that I dont like the taste or the feeling

and he agreed with me and said that it was disgusting and if beer pong wasnt a game he wouldnt drink beer.. (soul mates?)

I'm just kidding, but we did end up having a good time, we came home around 4 in the morning,

which wasnt as bad as it sounds.

&& since no one was in the mood to do anything since they were drunk the night before we ended up watching movies and laying around all day--my type of day :)

Once In A Lifetime

So for my theatre class we are required to attend plays and take quizzes on them. I have seen 2 so far but I had to attend one tonight

It was called Once In A Lifetime

It was about the movie making business during the 1920's

The actors and actresses are all college students who are majoring in the theatre arts.

I thought it was pretty good, they were believable, well some of them anyway.

I think it would be fun to act, I dont think I could take something like that seriously though, I would probably ruin it.

ANYWAYS 

The point of this post was that I always thought plays were cheesy and awful, when in reality they are interesting and fun to attend.

I would check out your local listings for plays and tell me about your experience, it might not be like mine, but you should never judge something when you havent given it the chance.

Thats my lesson of the dayy :)

Avenged Sevenfold

       I'm here to talkk about my all time favorite band everrrr...and that my friends is....

Avenged Sevenfold     

They are my favorite band because their sound is so unique and different that it makes me appreciate them so much more than regular bands. If you listen to this band at all you know that on December 28, 2009  Jimmy Sullivan "The Rev" died of a drug overdose. He is one of the most talented drummers ever, if you listen to some of their songs and drown out the other instruments you can hear how badass he is.

My favorite member of the band would have to be
Mr. Synyster Gates :)

He is an AWESOME guitar player && thats an understatement.

Againnn if you listen to their songs drown out the other instruments and listen to him, hes the lead guitarist and the guy in charge of all of those amazing solos you hear through out the song.

I recently got to see this band for the first time ever on October 7, 2011 in Albuqerque New Mexico, although it was raining and freeeezzzinngg it was one of the most awesome times of my lifeee!

Above is a video I did on all the bands I saw, it was the Uproar Festival Tour and the bands that were there was

Avenged Sevenfold, Bullet for my Valentine, Escape the Fate, Three Days Grace & Seether

 and some more less known bands that I didnt watch. I have the intro to nightmare recorded and its pretty good. I spent 200 dollars on this ticket and it was well worth it since I was in the front row of the pit right in front of Synyster Gates.

BTW nooo lie, I have someone to back me up on this, I yelled at Syn to tell him I loved him and he totally lipped it back to me, while playing, "best moment of my lifeee" I literally almost peed my pants, If i had I wouldnt have noticed because my pants were already wet from rain and I could no longer feel my legs because it was so cold.

At one point someone pointed out that it was in fact snowing. AWESOME FML

My favorite song would have to be from their second album Waking The Fallen, its called Second Heartbeat and they totally played it at the concert which was freakin sweet. I love all of their songs, I can listen to them all day everyday and never get tired of them, I already pretty much do that.

Unfortunately I never got to see them play with The Rev, I know hes playing up in heaven.

I challenge you if you are an Avenged Sevenfold Fan to only listen to their songs on the day that he died 2 years ago, DECEMBER 28. I'm going to do it.

If you love this band as much as me then comment about them, I wanna hear what everyone has to say about this band :)

The JOYS of Christmas

          Every year I usually get so excited about Christmas, but this year all it seems to me is a biggg hassle and a time for everything to annoy the hell out of me. Whether it be the "overly cheerful" people or the repetitive annoying commercials, like you better get your Christmas shopping done soon or its all going to be gone.

Whoopiefreakindooo! I could care less, maybe its because for once, I'm not wanting some ridiculous present.

    (Side note--in the past I have asked for some pretty ridiculous crap for Christmas, like an overhead projector when I wanted to be a teacher, A horse, eh theres no reason for that. A drum set, when I wanted to be apart of a band, and I got all of those things BTW, but now that theres nothing special I want it seems pointless to me)

I know I know, the holidays aren't about presents, but spending time with family and loved ones. && maybe also its because I don't have a "special someone" in my life and believe me that sucks during the holidays when you don't have someone to cuddle up next to, but its something I've chose to do, I cant handle a man in my life and that's probably best because I know I can be the worlds biggest b*tch and I know I'm not ready for another relationship so I would just be hurting the guy.

 WAIT I'M GETTING OFF SUBJECT!!

I'm not trying to be a Debbie downer, it might just be my feelings now, but when I hear jingle bells or any other Christmas song, I want to punch a baby(BTW I'm totally against that) but its how I feeelll! i wish it would go away because I feel like the Grinch. I'm sorry if I totally just depressed someone right now :) I'll cheer up sometime, until then I will say Merry Christmas!!!<<totally sarcastic :P
